Journeys Photography requires a $50.00 non refundable deposit in order to hold your session date. If there is a need to reschedule your session it must be done within 48 hours of your scheduled session time. All no show no call clients will forfeit all deposits and monies paid not to exceed $50.00. Journeys will reschedule your session one time free of charge if you need to reschedule a second time there will be a $35.00 fee.
DISCLAIMER: Booking a session with Journeys Photography you agree that Journeys Photography has the right to use all images captured at your session for all promotional materials (not limited to websites, advertisements, blogs, displays, newspaper, magazines, internet and all other materials as Journeys Photography deems fit. You understand that booking a session with Journeys Photography automatically gives Journeys photography the right to use photos taken as mentioned above. Journeys Photography agrees to under no circumstance release your personal or private information to the public or any other entity for promotional purposes. You have the option of opting out of this disclaimer in writing and may contact Journeys photography at 406-543-1604 to do so.You may opt out at the time of your session and the photographer will conduct every effort to mention this disclaimer. However you understand that opting out of this disclaimer is solely your responsibility and Journeys Photography and its employees/owners/affiliates are not head accountable in anyway should you fail to do so.
